fermented at 70F for first 36hrs then lowered to 68F 66F 64F end of day two,three and four.
96 hrs. FG 1.010 actual abv 9.84%
transferred to secondary to let trub settle. tastes amazing.

8 weeks, carbonation hit or miss.. still tastes great. intense juicy orange from the pacifica
highly recommend brewing this especially if kegging, or using
