Notes
Whirlpool utilization is left blank, so targeted IBU's is lower than anticipated.
Water chemistry was left blank.
All hops were included in pellet form.
Safeale 05 was used because of my lack of experience with wheat yeasts. If we elect to use a wheat strain Wyeast Belgian Witbier 3944 at 68F is ideal.
