Notes

Used smack Pack, fully expanded with a can of Fast Pitch liquid stater.

In secondary when I added the Cascade for dry hopping, I used the zest of 1/2 a ripe Lemon. I just wanted to add a bit more fruity aroma and oils to the beer while in fermentation.
