Notes
The original goal of this beer was something similar to Ayinger's Bavarian Pils. The recipe is roughly a Helles with too much hop character. The long mash really dried the beer out and puts the overall impression of the beer solidly in BJCP German Pils territory. Entered it as a Pils in the first round of 2018 NHC and was lucky enough to place 3rd.
