Notes

This is a really great beer and the best I think I have made so far. The combination of malts add some complexity, body and flavour despite mashing at a fairly low temperature. There is loads of flavour/aroma from the hops. The yeast is also present providing some subtle fruity notes. Overall a very well balanced ale that I will definitely make again.
