Notes
Positive review of Yeast Bay Melange here: http://www.soheadyithurts.com/2014/08/farmhouse-sour-melange-blonde.html
Second brew of this recipe. The first tasted good even after 1 month, according to drheld.
Subbed out flaked wheat for wheat because I noobed up the order.
9/11/16: pleasant moderate funky/brett nose, 6/10. pleasant clean acidity with a hint of funk, 7/10 flavor.
