Notes

Split batch

Sour IPA: 10 min boil with no hops, pull half batch into FV at 95F and pitch lacto brevis. Put in chamber set to 62. After it reaches 62 pitch starter of 3944

WIT IPA: At 30min mark in boil begin hop sched. Cool, place in FV and pitch half starter next morning.
