Notes

First attempt at BIAB and first wort hop addition.

14.5L Mash into FV volume of 9.5L. Cooled down overnight to temp of 16 degrees in fridge.

Pitched approx .75L of US05 yeast slurry after 30 min "warm up" which took overall volume to just over 10L.

Boil efficiency key issue first up, had on full boil rather than rolling boil.

Tasted 23/04. Upfront bitterness due to efficiency of brew but overall happy with first attempt!
