Notes

Higher gravity beer in small FV with added up front bitterness.

First starter with BRY-97 gave out after two days with ferment stalled at around 1030. Pitched in second packet which resulted in full ferment. Lowered temp down to 18 degrees on day 3. Cold crashed for a week before bottling.

High portion of carapils on the overall bill.
