The IBU is outrageous. its going to be so bitter. If you select a style you can see the range of recommended bitterness. Are you sure the AA on the Sorachi was 11%?

Alright. I changed it to reflect what I actually did. IBU is more like 80. Wondering whether it will be enough of a kick at 4.62 alc. We'll see!
