Notes

2/19/2016 ???
Used RO water. OG = 1.048? This seems low for an extract, not sure what happened, possible mis-reading?

2/26/2016
Transffered to keg at 20psi and dry hopped. FG = 1.012

3/2/2016
First glass. Not bad, mild hops and bitterness makes for a pretty easy drinking IPA. We'll see how it changes over the next few weeks.
