Notes
Candi sugar goes into boil with 15 minutes left. Primary for 2 weeks. Secondary for 2 weeks. Bottles for 3 weeks.
Mix 1 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin to 1 cup of 150 degree water. Then stir into secondary with 5 days left.
