correct pH,

add orange peel
increasing the ratio of glucose to maltose in the wort increases the production of isoamyl acetate (banana flavor), but so does adjusting the pitching rate or other factors that affect growth.

no husk at all. see how it goes.

I added 18g of s. promise for 40 min. d = 1.044. boiled for 40min before addition of hops. pH 5.9, 3 ml of LA added. sparging 120 min, no stuck sparge.
