Notes

Brew date: 3/1/16
OG 1.056 was a little high, target was 1.046 (previous mash efficiency was only 55%, which this recipe was based on originally)
Added whirlfloc at flame out (forgot to add on time)
---------------
Fermentation at 65F 1 week, 60F 1 week, then down to 55-57F for another week.
---------------
bottled @25 days FG 1.011 5.6%abv
Crisp and clean, a little dark. Tasted amazing, even flat-drank 2 bottles worth while bottling (leftovers and broken bottle)

---------
Mashed too high, turned out sweet but very good crisp lageresque brew
