Notes
Make 1.5L yeast starter at least 48 hrs prior to brew day.
Taste: Very sweet (but may be because final gravity was not reached).
Color: Color is great and clear.
Smell: Very floral smell. Strong cascade hops aroma.
Things to Change: Decrease carbonation slightly (changed in recipe already). Possibly reduce amount of hops (dry hop less?)
