White Labs WLP001 California ale yeast Dextrose to prime Original Specific Gravity: 1.060 Final Specific Gravity: 1.014 Boiling Time: 90 minutes Primary Fermentation: 7 days at 68° F (20° C) in glass Secondary Fermentation: 3 days at 65° F (18°C) in glass Directions Mash grains at 154° F (68° C) for 90 minutes.
