pre-hopped @ 11IBU
1.5 lb. Clover honey
1 lb. Wheat LME
2.5 or more gallons pre-filtered water
Mix all contents to sanitized 3 gallon carboy, aerate, pitch one packet US-05 and attach airlock.

Ferment primary 2-3 weeks. Rack and bottle, add 2 CarboDrops per 22oz. bottle, cap and condition 2-3 weeks at room temps, then refrigerate.
