I am using a hop spider and am finding my beers don't have the hoppy punch im looking for so I will actually be adding 10% m ore than shown in the recipe to hopefully get the desired result. experiment more than anything 30g/60m 30g/15min &45g/FO
fg 1.004 due to drop the dry enzyme very cloudy will cold crash for a week or so and see how we go
