Excellent recipe! Tweaked slightly - used 1 oz warrior at 20 min instead of willamette. Also did not use DME and only used 15 lbs 2-row pale. Still yielded a 13.4 abv beer that tastes great! My mash was pretty efficient. For a little more maple taste I also recommend using maple syrup as priming sugar if you are bottling. Thanks so much! Love this beer!
