mash PH at start was 5.47 +/- 0.01 (although ATC seems to suck anyway so I suspect is more like +/- 0.1)
added 10ml of AMS at 40 minutes of mash and the PH went down to 4.8 for the last 20 minutes of the mash

Mash strike water: 73° C
Half-way through the mash it was too cool (63° C) and we switched on the hob to get it up again to 67° C approx.
----------------------------------------------
The whirlpool hops went in at 65° C during cool-down.
OG (the one that went in the fermenter anyway): 1075
OV (original volume in fermentor): 11 L
