I brewed this and added 1 lb of Goldenrod honey @ 40minutes of the boil. The OG came in at 1.100. I racked to a secondary after two weeks and bottled one month after that. At bottling time the FG=1.024. If I'm calculating this correctly the ABV should be 10%. Fermentation temp was held at a constant 69 deg. I like strong stouts and was very pleased with how this tasted at bottling. I'll update this after another two or three months of aging.
