I collected the water in a rain storm into the extra fermenting bucket that every stove top brewer should have . ( I have 3). Then ran it through my backpacking water filter .05 micron. If this don't make good beer you can cut off my ....Hops !! I,ll let ya-all know after I bottle in 16/17 days.I also added 4g
