Notes

If Cara Blonde is not available to you, use 10L. Galaxy is pivot-able to this recipe, I suggest not substituting for it. Works well with Kolsch yeasts too.

Fantastic Blonde recipe, probably my top summer beer.

Thanks this looks great! I used this recipe but made some small hop changes. Magnum at 60' . Then all the galaxy and mosaic at 10' and a 20minute whirl pool at 170.... The hops just smelled too good so I wound up at 40 IBUs

Thanks! I think I might move the balance between the Pilsner and 2 Row closer to 50/50, I just brewed it again and it came out super light.

Made this yesterday. Came in at 1.040 with my robobrew. Pre-fermentation taste is good.

Where is the mango?

The mango comes from a faux aroma produced by the hop mixture at these precise temps. Try it, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Brewed 2 times. Just fantastic. Light and very fruity.

I will brew it again for sure.

Just had one last night and wow, really good recipe! My friend said it tasted better than the local breweries. Great summer ale, thanks guy!
