Notes

9 days for fermentation. 1 week in secondary. bottled (1/31/16). Has an almost bourbon flavor with the subtle smoke and the fruity hops. Good bitterness without carbonation. Only produced about 4.5 gal all told so my carbonation might be a bit high (5.5 oz corn sugar). Seems to give me 3.0 volumes of CO2.
