Notes
Steep Crystal malt at 74 degrees celcius(165 farenheit)for 30 minutes.Dry hop for 8 days. Cold crash to 2 degrees celcius(35 degrees farenheit) and gelatine for 48 hours. Carb at 40psi for 48 hours and serve. Nice easy drinking ale with a hop aroma.
