1/18/2016 Brew Day
6 gal of 170F water to Tun. Let cool to 165. Add 19.75 lb grain. Water drop to 148. Add some boiling water to raise to 152F. Mash for 1 hour.
Add 4 gal 180F water. Water drop to 166. After 15 min drain out make 7.5 gal total.
Boil for an hour adding hops as directed.
Cool using copper coil. Render 6 gal 0f 20.4 Brix or 1.085 SG wort.

2/8/2016 Gravity reading of 10 Brix
2/8/2016 add 2 oz Simcoe in mesh tube to primary.
