Black IPA

Mash at 153F
Add 0 min boil hops, kill the flame cover and let stand for 45 minutes.
Drop the temp Pitch and Ferment at 64F for 10-14 days.
Cold Crash to 35F for 2 days before racking to secondary. Rack, bring back to room temp, then double dry hop.
