1.) create a yeast starter
2.) only 5.5 gallons gallon from bottle to freezer
3.) steep grains 155 for 30 min
4.) add water bring to boil
5.) add extract bring to boil add hops
6.) set timer 60 min at 15 add hops and whirl flux at 5 add hops
7.) add water to fermentor and yeast fuel
