OG: 1.061 (prior to honey addition)
FG: 1.018 (@ end of primary)
Day 4: Added 1.5 lbs honey pasteurized with 1 L of water and 1 tsp clove at 175-185 F for 1.5 hour. Estimated 1.068 OG with honey. End product 7% ABV.
Color much lighter than predicted.
