Notes
Pretty good.. Stone fruit heavy, good mouthfeel. Consider adding a bit more pale chocolate to up the coffee/chocolate flavor a bit. .25 pale chocolate used. Recipe also used 1/2 golden promise 1/2 2 row rather than marris otter. Next time consider using 1/3 golden promise 2/3 marris otter for more bready backbone. Also add 1 more oz of black patent. Recipe adjusted. 11 gallons made (1/2 put in closet with roselaire
