Notes

1/2 qt water added to grains. Brought to a boil and set aside covered. Brought 1 gal of water to boil and set aside for sparging. Boiled 1.5 gal for DME.

Followed hop and fining schedule. Added 2 gal nearly frozen water to fermenter. Gave me 5 gal total.

Transferred to glass carboy after 1 week. Then transferred back to bucket for 1 week (due to not enough equipment and 2 concurrent batches). Transferred back to glass for 2 days, then bottled. Seemed to only have a little over 4 gallons.
