This is not my own recipe, but taken from Biermuncher of homebrewtalk.com & tweaked by adding Ahtanum hops and slightly changing grist to use what I have. http://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=42841.

Super recipe! Easy, forgiving, and really, really good. This is a great recipe for those starting in All Grain or BIAB to learn your equipment, dial in your process, and get a good drinkable beer. The original recipe is wonderful just as it is, but can be tweaked to your heart's desire. I subbed Ahtanum for Cascade, and used US-05 instead of Nottingham. It came out great. I highly recommend this one!
