Calentar los 3.3 galones de agua para el mash a 165F para que cuando ehces los granos la temperatura baje a 152F. Dejar en el mash por una hora. Calentar 5 galones de agua durante el mash, llevar el agua a 170F. Esta agua es para el sparge. Una vez termine el mash de una hora, empezar el sparge y colectar 6 galones de wort en la olla.
