this is a third batch work in progress, with minor alterations to the amount of black patent. I dropped from 8oz to 6oz. I was getting a little to much roasty burnt aftertaste for my liking. This beer also needs time to mature. really starts to hit its mark at about 6mo. if you can cellar some for a year or more you will not be disappointed.
