Yeast was made from 2 bottles of reconstituted yeast from Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat mixed with a smackpack of 1056. These yeasts were pitched to a 650 ml starter of light pilsen DME (1/2 cup). Starter was made Tuesday night for brewing on Friday.
