Notes

Make typical, but seasonally add things to change seasonal flavor. Like Candied ginger in the winter, rye in the spring, tons more hops in the summer, and fruit/cranberry in the fall!
Possible additions: Cold pressed coffee, cranberry, rye, candied ginger, molasses/dark invert sugars, bourbon soaked oak chunks, figs, cacao nibs, cherries, dried cherries.
