Notes
Heated 4 gallons RO water to 170. Mashed in.
Used Beer Dust IPA in the mash.
Mashed for 1hr at 155.
Vorlauf'd 4-5 times. Mash darkened nicely.
Batch sparged with 4 gallons RO water.
Used whirlfloc at 10 minutes with last hop addition.
Pitched immediately with California Ale Yeast (not a starter, but direct-pitch White Labs).
OG=1.067 (perfect match with prediction)
Racked to bottling bucket on 12.13.15 at gravity of 1.016. Dry hopped with 4 oz Mosaic in mesh bag.
5 days later (12.18.15) bottled with 1.9 volumes CO2
Gravity appeared unchanged from last measurement
