FG was 1.010. 5.25% alcohol.

Nice smooth bitter profile, threw in 1 oz of kent geldings in for dry hopping on the spur of the moment.

Carbonated 4 gallons with 3 oz of dextrose. Wanted it slightly over carbonated as it would not be on draft.
