Notes
LHBS had a new to me hop, German hull melon. Figured it'd go well with mosaic bravo is there to get the ibu's up. hit mash temp fine. It's 30 degrees outside so the wort will slowly cool, making my ibus higher than calculated. Still need to add dry hop. 1 oz mosaic, .25 oz German hull melon.
