Bring your bank account when making this beer. It’s very expensive. The hops alone will take you to the poor house. This came out excellent! The procedures didn’t have a mash temp so I did a 155 degree mash for 60 minutes. Raised the bed with 2.8 gallons of boiling water to get the temp up to 168 for 10 minutes. Performed a fly sparge to get 7 gallons of wort. Boiled for 90 minutes as indicated. I did a yeast starter due to the high gravity. In my secondary I suspended three hops bags with five marbles in each bag for the Cascade, Citra, and Columbus. I did get a a 1.068 on my original gravity and a final gravity was 1.010 for an ABV of 7.61. Looking forward to the final product.
