Notes

10 gallon batch split into 2 separate 5-gallon batches.

One fermented with Wyeast 1450, Denny's Favorite 50; the other with White Labs 575, Belgian Ale Blend. Both fermentations were at 63F.

The use of German Carawheat was a mistake; it should not have gone in.

"Brown sugar" is"
One (1) pound of black invert sugar
One (1) pound of jaggery
Nine (9) ounces of gula jawa
Three (3) ounces of piloncillo
