Paid special attention to water chemistry as well. Measured out the CaCl2, Epsom salts and NaCL in lab and used RO water with a TDS of 38 as base for sparge and mash. |

Notes
Wanted to use WLP007, but grabbed WLP002 by mistake. Might turn out more on the sweet side. Fermented at 67 degrees using the brew jacket/carboy heater.
