Notes

Mashed with 15 l strike water at 67 C for 60 minutes, with 3 g gypsym added to the water. Sparged with 10 l 78 C water. OG measured to 1.057 after boiling for 60 minutes. 15 litres in primary, pitched Danstar American West Coast BRY-97. Fermenting at 18 C. Dryhopping with 40 g Citra after 7 days, and raising to 21 C. FG measured to 1.007 on bottling day, two weeks after brewing. 9 l transfered to cornelius keg, 5 l bottled with 7 grams table sugar/litre. Tasted beer five days after kegging. Should have had a little bit more bittering hops, but otherwise it is quite good. Almost clear with a nice, stable head. Crisp and dry with a nice bite from the dry hopping.
