Notes
If you don't have whirfloc use irish moss. Carb to 2.5 volumes of C02. Add sugar in the last 10min of the boil. For the thing marked "whirpool addition" just cut the flame after you have boiled for 60min, throw the hops in, and let it sit for 15min. It's basically steeping it. If you aren't going to make a starter use 2 vials of yeast.
