minor disaster at incredibrew with some dark grains from the previous customer in the mill, had to buy and sub a little malt hence the red wheat and 2 row??!! hoping the few remnants or dark malt do not darken this too much and only the change from exra light to light is the only thing making this look darker than normal, but hey maybe the red wheat is doing this??!! very minimal scorch?! not much, pitched re hydrated yeast into 70 degree wort. day over.
