Notes
After 0 minute hop addition, let wort rest for 20 minutes. Give a good stir after and chill using wort chiller.
15C for around 48 Hours until low krausen is seen
10C leave it for 3 weeks
16C leave for 48 hours - take FG reading
Lager at 2C for 4 weeks before drinking
