Notes
Mash at 150deg for 90 mins in 4-3/4 gals h2o. Sparge as usual, adding .3oz s.c. hops as first wort hop. Boil for 90 mins, adding hops per schedule. Chill and pitch one pack rehydrated Safeale us-05. Ferment for one week and transfer to secondary for one week. Add dry hops per schedule and let go 2 more weeks, shaking bucket to rouse hops twice (3 days in and 10 days in). Keg as usual.
