Spread pumpkin puree on baking sheet, cover with 8 oz brown sugar, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Store in oven until wort is being chilled. Force through funnel in to carboy as wort is chilling. Syphon wort on top. Oh, add 1 tsp each ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg at 5 minutes minutes of boil. Add one cinnamon stick to secondary.
