Notes
Oven-roasted about 3-4 pounds of malts. Looking for dark, creamy, thick.
Mini mashing at 170 for an hour.
Friday October 23: Roasted 2 lbs of Pale 2 row for a half hour at 300. 2 weeks in fridge.
Brewing went very well. Used one mbag grains/fwh/grains. 2 weeks Primary, 1 week secondary, bottle.
