Notes

Short boil, i.e. just hop schedule plus maybe 10 mins before with the extract in.
We shook the fermenters very thoroughly and there was loads (too much?) foam - but in the fermenter it looks fine.

Yeast
A - S04
B - S05

Evening of brew (Sat):
A started fermenting first, but B just going by bedtime
Temp for both was 22/23
In the morning after brew

A is 21 and B is 19. B fermenting more vigorously<br />

Following evening both temperatures down.
